1. What Data We Collect

For all users (free tier):

• Your Discord User ID
• Your Messages on Discord Server>
• Your Discord username and discriminator
• Server IDs where you use Rizzler
• Your Rizzbot Profile progress (rizz pulls, collected badges)
• Command usage statistics

For Premium users only:

• Email address (for account recovery and Premium transfer)
• Purchase history and subscription status

2. What We DON'T Collect

To be absolutely clear, we do NOT collect:

• Your Discord password
• Your private messages
• Credit card information (handled by payment processors)
• IP addresses (except for security logging)
• Location data
• Any other personal information

3. Why We Collect Email (Premium Only)

The email address for Premium users serves one specific purpose:

• Account Recovery: If you lose access to your Discord account (ban, hack, deletion), you can contact us with your email to transfer your Premium subscription to your new Discord account.
• Important Updates: We may send important updates about Premium features or policy changes (rarely).

We will NEVER sell your email, spam you, or use it for marketing.

4. How Your Data Is Protected

We take data security seriously:

• All data is encrypted at rest
• Secure database with access controls
• Regular security updates
• No sharing with third parties (except essential services)

5. Free vs Premium Data

Free users: No email collected. Only Discord IDs and Rizzbot profile data.

Premium users: Email + Discord IDs + Rizzbot profile data + purchase info.

Both tiers get the same level of data protection.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request Data: Ask what data we have about you
• Delete Data: Request deletion of your data (except purchase records we're legally required to keep)
• Update Email: Change your email on file (Premium users)
• Opt Out: Stop using Rizzler at any time

7. Data Deletion

Manual deletion: Contact us to delete your data immediately.

Note: Purchase records for Premium users are kept for legal/tax purposes even if you request deletion.

8. Third-Party Services

We use minimal third-party services:

• Discord API: Required for bot functionality
• Payment Processors: For Premium purchases (they handle payment data, not us)
• Hosting Provider: For bot hosting and data storage
