By using the Rizzler Discord bot ("the Bot"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("ToS"). If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the Bot immediately.

The Rizzler Bot is a Discord application designed for entertainment purposes that:

• Collects user suggestions for improvement
• Stores command usage logs for functionality and debugging
• Facilitates product purchases by collecting user email addresses
• Enables product restoration to new Discord accounts when necessary

The Bot collects and processes:

• Suggestions: Any feedback or suggestions voluntarily submitted by users
• Command Logs: Records of commands used, including timestamps and user IDs
• Purchase Information: Email addresses collected during product purchases
• Discord Data: User IDs, server IDs, and channel IDs necessary for Bot functionality

• Suggestions: Used to improve Bot features and user experience
• Command Logs: Used for debugging, analytics, and monitoring proper functionality
• Email Addresses: Collected exclusively for product restoration purposes when users need to transfer purchases to new Discord accounts
• Discord Data: Required for the Bot's core functionality within Discord servers

4. User Responsibilities

• You must comply with Discord's own Terms of Service
• You may not use the Bot for illegal or harmful purposes
• You must provide accurate information when making purchases
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account

5. Product Purchases and Restoration

• When purchasing products through the Bot, you will be asked to provide a valid email address
• This email address is stored solely for the purpose of verifying ownership and restoring purchases to new Discord accounts
• Product restoration requires verification through the provided email address
• The Bot owner reserves the right to refuse restoration if abuse is suspected
• All sales are final unless otherwise specified

• Purchase records (including email addresses) are retained indefinitely to enable product restoration
• Suggestions may be retained indefinitely for reference

The Bot owner reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via Discord or the Bot's official server. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
